Welcome! My name is Lexie Roberts. The purpose of my presence on this website it to aid nurses and students in various aspects of nursing care. Throughout this site there will be career, education, and trauma-informed care resources. I have been a nurse since 2020, my clinical background is Emergency Department. As I moved through my career, I became more and more passionate about education and seek to help nurses achieve their highest level of clinical understanding, job satisfaction, and be prepared to obtain the careers they wish to be in.

One of my greatest passions is operating with a trauma-informed approach, whether that be in a clinical or academic setting. Trauma is everywhere, we never know what someone has been through, including nurses. Be observant, be kind, and never forget to take care of yourself; you may be a nurse, but you are also a human.
